Soul Care sessions involve deep personal inquiry to find one's truth and how to navigate life from one's authentic personal power. With a Masters in Depth Psychology, spiritual training in shamanic and women's circles, I attend to the soul's care of the individual through deep inquiry, archetypal and mythical themes, journey work, spirit guides, creativity and impeccable self-care.
